When you are diagnosed with breast cancer, you quickly become aware that change is coming and, in many ways, you are no longer in control. That was incredibly hard for me to accept.

With DigniCap I was actually given a choice and now I look back and I’m so glad I did it. I had to find the little wins where I could – essentially all the things I was grateful for on a daily basis to stay motivated. After I was done with chemo, I felt I came out advantageous. I was alive, I was grateful for the support and when I looked at myself, I was still me. And now I feel like I’m a better version of me. I’m stronger and I want to live more than I ever realized possible. I thank DigniCap for letting a piece of me stay with me.
